ecu issue, car wont turn over

Default ecu issue, car wont turn over

i pulled the ecu fuse out on accident like an idiot. the 15A one not the 7.5A backup. the car instantly shut off and now wont turn over. i checked the battery volts and its normal (12.56v) did i cook the ecu? ive been trying to look into how to reset but i cant even get the car to start. i also tried dosconnecting battery too. NOTHING. someone pkease help. the car is a 1997 accord se 2.2L 4 banger

So the starter is not spinning the engine......or is the starter spinning the engine, just the engine won't fire up and run?

Check all your fuses now even the ones by the driver kickboard. It may have blown a different one.
