Default I can't find my b16a timing marks

I've been trying for a while now to find my ignition timing marks on my b16a. The only mark I've found so far is just one small notch on I think the harmonic balancer (the pulley closest to the block). But that notch isn't colored and everyone is saying I'm supposed to have a red and a white notch, the red being the one I need for ignition timing (BTDC). But all I have is one small notch on the harmonic balancer. I'm thinking this notch may be all I need to do my ignition timing because its right by the pointer, but everybody else has like 3 different notches of different colors and uses the red notch for their timing. Somebody help

There is 4 notches on all Honda engines '88-'00... The three in a group are your ignition timing pointers. They go White 18*, Red 16*, and White 14* then an inch or so away another White one at 0* / TDC. The marks are almost certainly there but sometimes they are rusted over. Take a wire brush and clean the entire lip where the marks should be. After you do that take a marker and darken the center one in the cluster of three.
