b20 build help

I'm swapping my b16a2 for a b20z block. Still using my stock head. Question is, can I use my stock crank pulley on the b20? I've heard the b16 one is a tad smaller In diameter than a stck b20. Any side effects?

B20 pulley is a giant compared to the b16, just need diff sized belts to run them
