That's not the clutch, pop outs are another story ranging from a simple l/r turn doing it to in your case.
Sounds like the synchro or shift fork.

I guess this *could* be a clutch issue, but is worth some investigation before buying parts.
How does the pedal feel? Adjusting the cable might help.
If you broke a spring in the clutch or something got jammed between the disk and pressure plate/flywheel, this problem could occur.
You may need a synchro or other trans work. Or it could be as simple as having worn out shifter bushings. How is the fluid in the trans? What type of fluid is in the trans?
If you do need a clutch, exedy is what you want. Rockauto.com usually sells them fairly inexpensively. They come with all clutch related bearings.

^^Solid advice.
I wouldnt immediately blame this on the clutch either. Hope that the problem is the shifter bushings...the other options are less fun to fix. If you need a replacement clutch, I second the Exedy OEM replacement

pedal feels good its definately not loose or "easy" to push down. i dot notice any difference with the clutchpedal. but fifth gear used to be rough going into for a little while before it went completely. it would sound like its grinding sometimes; this all started happening a few months after teaching the girlfriend how to drive standard. she drove it quite frequently. i dont remember exactly what kindof tranny fluid i got in it. last i checked it wasnt low or anything.
also i dont know if it matters but fifth is the only gear that seems to have any issue other than reverse. oddly recently i also have to gas very little before it will let me get all the way in reverse. i put in the clutch and try to put it in reverse it will feel like it only goes in about halfway then when u slightly press on the gas u can feel it go in the rest of the way then its fine
