Did you check the right stopper? The pedal has two.

Bypass said switch behind clutch pedal(not permanently) see if it starts. Free to do, and will help narrow down your problem.

Bypassing that switch and putting in a new switch somewhere else isn't a bad idea at all.

Actually it is not a good idea. The Neutral Safety Switch is there to prevent you from trying to start the car with it in gear. Really hard on the starter.

Bypassing it will let you rule it out as your no crank condition, but to leave it bypassed or some manual switch elsewhere is asking for mishap somewhere down the road being you won't have to disengage the clutch to crank the car. Eventually yer gonna make the car hop forward or reverse depending on what gear you like to leave it in and it may not be a good spot to jump forward or backward in. Or at the very least you will stress the crap out of the starter from time to time as it tries to move an immovable object.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys! We bypassed the neutral safety switch and it cranked, so we are ordering a new switch.
