trouble shooting the problem
I have a 95 Honda Civic 5speed nonVtex. I can jump start by popping the clutch, will not ignition key start. I've checked the starter,battery,ignition relay. Please,help me figure out what's wrong with her.

I take it that when you turn the key all the way to start and press the clutch down, the engine does not crank at all.
A big reason for this is that the safety switch that makes you press the clutch before the starter will engage, is not being pressed. There is a rubber pad in the clutch arm that presses the switch. If you look under the dash all the way up at the top of the clutch pedal arm, the switch is there. If the car has factory cruise control there will be another switch below the starter one. That switch has nothing to do with starting.
You can unplug the switch and put a wire in the plug to bypass it. If that was the problem, it will now start whether or not you press the clutch.
