Are you getting power at the starter when you turn the key?

How did you test those three things?

I take it that when you turn the key all the way to start and press the clutch down, the engine does not crank at all.

A big reason for this is that the safety switch that makes you press the clutch before the starter will engage, is not being pressed. There is a rubber pad in the clutch arm that presses the switch. If you look under the dash all the way up at the top of the clutch pedal arm, the switch is there. If the car has factory cruise control there will be another switch below the starter one. That switch has nothing to do with starting.

You can unplug the switch and put a wire in the plug to bypass it. If that was the problem, it will now start whether or not you press the clutch.

I took the starter off and hooked jumper cables to the battery, starter worked. Took the relay off and inspected it for damage. Ignition relay was tested and is good.

Thank you so much for your quick response. Does the neutral safety switch look like a brake switch or relay box?
