Default 95 civic d15b7...won't crank

95 civic stock with 170k miles
So ive searched amd searched and it all took me back to step one.
two weeks ago my car wouldnt start. Only when I let it roll
last week the crankshaft pulley became loose. Today I bought a new battery got my starter tested and passed.
And I put the alternator belt back on and tightened the crankshaft pulley.
what else should I try? Im thinking next is main relay??
when I switch the key the dash lights turns on and I can hear the fuel pump turning on. But when I turn to start itm nothing...

Manual or Automatic? Location of the Neutral safety switch is different for each but can provide a lack of cranking motor symptom that it sounds like you are having.
