okay so I have a 98 Honda Civic and I think its my starter but I want suggestions on it the car will Pushstart. but when I manually try and turn over the key it's absolutely nothing the the relay clicks that's itare there any suggestions what this could be besides the starterI'm pretty confident that it is a starter I just want to cover my bases

 

Are you just guessing? What tests have you done that shows it to be the starter? It could be the clutch interlock switch or even that little rubber stopper at the top of the clutch pedal.

 

I tested 12 volts from battery to starter and that checks out good I haven't jumped the starter yet but the car does turn on if you pop the clutch in gear. (Push start)

 

 

Take your starter out and go to autoblown and have it tested.

 

Don't take it anywhere. Do this first.
