Ek civic header
THROW a code. T-H-R-O-W. You want to know if it will THROW a code. Which is what you should have asked in the first post.
You may have put the engine in the car but you might be missing how it works with those sensors. Specifically, the second sensor looks for the efficiency of the catalyst which I've explained at least three times this week. You don't have a cat? Guess what happens?

THROW a code.i meant THROW a code .obviously I meant THROW a code.i have no idea how the catalyst system works. I assumed with no cat the code will be THROWN. Just asking
Thanks for your help captain catalyst.

We don't know where you live, so we can't tell you if you'll pass inspection with it. That said, if you just put the O2 sensors in the two holes in the new header, you most likely will throw a CEL, and it most likely will be a P0420 (catalyst below efficiency). To avoid this, you need to extend the primary O2 sensor and install it at the bottom of the header, install an EX-style catalytic converter between the header and B pipe, and extend and install the secondary O2 sensor behind the new cat.
