Default will i be able to bolt a obd1 auto trans on a 0bd2 block and head?

im not trying to do anything fancy not going b series or swapping to manuel
i simply have a 1992 automatic EG that blew the head gasket and i have zero funds
what i do have is a 1996 automatic engine

what i plan to do is put the 92
intake mani
altinator
dizzy
engine harness
and trans
on the 1996 block and head
and use the same ecu from the 92 civic

im pretty sure that will make it plug and play

what im not sure of is... will the 1992 AUTO trans bolt up to the head and block of the 1996 engine????

i have two other five speed civics and want to keep this one AUTO!
i dont want to throw a dohc engine in it
i dont want to convert to five speed
i dont have the funds to shave the head or buy head gasket sets

please try to stay on track simply put CAN I TURN THE 1996 BLOCK AND HEAD INTO A 1992 AUTOMATIC PLUG AND PLAY.
