Default Car dies while driving on rare occasions

I have a 1997 cx hatch with a b18a1 motor and gsr hydro trans.

The problem I am having is when I drive (Happens at random times and has only happened twice over a 2 week period) is that sometimes when I'm driving normally (45mph off roads doing the speed limit nothing special) the car will die. Engine shuts off, the whole 9. I coast into a nearby turn and pull the key out, put it back in after a few minutes and it starts right up.
The second time it happened to me (Today) it had to crank a few times before it fired up, usually fires right up. Bad sensor? Any ideas?

Forgot to report what the problem was. Turns out it was a bad ICM. Popped a new one in and hasn't done it since. Thank you for the help B_Swapped
