Hondata Boost by Gear, logs show duty cycle, no extra boost?

Hondata Boost by Gear, logs show duty cycle, no extra boost?
Quick question, I was doing some datalogging last night and realized my car isnt making any more than 13psi on the street.
However, the car is setup for BBG through the Hondata S300 and 3rd and 4th gear should make 15 and 18psi respectively. Either the solenoid has stopped working (may be, I just bought the car recently), or the car isnt making any more boost because I didnt go over 80% throttle and 6900 RPM.
The Hondata logs are showing the correct duty cycle (as configured in the BBG tables), but I dont know if that means the actual solenoid is working. I went into the Smanager software and switched the duty cycle to manual while sitting in the driveway, cranked it to 100%... but didnt hear the solenoid as I was expecting to.
