LSV turbo oil leak at head *HELP**????
So I have my 2000 Acura integra with a b18b1 block and GSR head and I am having problems with two oil leaks coming from the head. The less worse one is below the VTEC solenoid, it runs down the bell-housing right where the VIN stamp is on the tranny and on the ground. The second is on the back what looks to be right near the thermostat housing and that one it much worse. Its to the point were you have to add a quart of oil or MORE to drive it. I used GE LSV kit, ARP head studs torqued 3 times to 80-ft and then. At first this wasnt an issue I drove the car easy for a week or two no issue and then after it saw dyno time and was pushed hard it started. I already re-torqued the head!! HELP!!
Check the distributor and see if theres oil under it, also the front leak sounds like the cam seal is bad. Clean everything off and let the car run, then trace the oil back up to the source and you'll find your leak.
