Is there any way to test IACV if it's good or bad? Don't want to buy new one for nothing. It's for my idle fluctuate.

Can you give some more background like year, make and model. Also when did it start? Have you done anything recent to the car? Lost coolant? Checked coolant? Any codes?

 

92 civic eg hatch with b16a2 engine. Yes I have cleaned it was better for a bit then started up again. It usually does it after car warms up and when I'm slowing down from higher speeds to idle.I don't know when it started I got car from a friend it was sitting. I have no codes.
