Default 1994 Honda Accord Squeals

I have a 1994 Honda Accord LX with a F22B2 non-vtec engine. Just recently, I noticed when I drive and my rpms hit from 2500 to 3500 RPMs, the engines squeals. When I turn my A/C on, the engine also squeals. Is it a pulley or a belt? The belt appeared fine to my eyes. Should j just change both the V belt and the power steering belt to see how it goes?

If they both just started doing this, oil or grease may have gotten on the pulley or belts.
Try cleaning them with some WD40 while the engine is running.

But wouldn't the WD-40 just make it worse? I have jeard of people doing this, and it in turn makes the belt slip.

WD-40 is not a lubricant. It is a solvent.

I don't have any WD 40 where I am at, and dont have time to go get some, so idecided to tighten the belts. the Alernator V-belt seemed tight enough, however, the power steering belt seemed loose to me. I know if it is too loose it can squeal, however, what if it is too tight?

It can wear out the bearings/bushing in the pump, place side loading on the shafts, and cause drag which will reduce performance.
Never over tighten a belt to 'fix' a squeal.
If the belts are cracked or glazed over, replace.
If there is just some oil or grease on the belt, spray it with some WD40 or belt dressing to remove the oil from the belts and pulleys.

On the longest belt side, in the middle, twist it with your fingers. It shouldn't twist more than 90 degrees. If it does, it's too loose. Tighten it to that spec and see if the squeal goes away. If not, replace the belt(s).

I normally only use something to figure out which belt is making the squeal. The noise will go away or change when you spray it real quick and gently with something.
