LMA lost motion assembly questions!!

Rattle sound cams video inside!
What's up guys.
Motor b18c R JDM (stock)
Had a rattle sound near timing belt so
I did a valve adjustment an it quite the tick but now I hear a rattle sound near the cam gears near cylinder 1...
I check the LMA by pulling the valve cover off and pushing on them. Some felt harder to push then others but none of them got stuck when pushing down.
Am I checking them right? Or ....
I check the timing belt tensioner it was fine as well.
The sound is killing me I posted a video on YouTube you can hear it.
Any an all suggestions is very appreciated I'm stumped here guys.
