This is not for a honda I am working on, though I do own a honda. Anyways, having to do a custom exhaust on an old jeep I have, just finished putting in a stroked engine. Now I'm getting ready to do the exhaust. The local exhaust shops sucks, so I refuse to take it in, will fab my own.

Anyways, I was looking at this type of flange:




For this type of header that I have:





I believe that this type of flange is used on Honda's, and JDM, etc. Does anyone know the following:

1. what the two bolt center to center dimensions are (my current header is 3.5" from center to center - mounting bolts)?

2. what the donut diameter and depth specs are for the flange with the 2.5" exhaust hole size?


Any help appreciated. I hate doing custom crap, never fails, always have to improvise... hahahahah

 

I responded to your other thread but ill post it here also.. I do not know the donut specs though.. I just have a piece of pipe flared and then just use a 2 bolt flange..

I'm all for making something from scratch but have you thought about finding a set of flanges off something else and welding them to what you've got?

Your questions are probably best answered with a set of calipers
