I am in need of a exhaust I usually go to a muffler shop to do my piping but is there a website that just sells the honda flanges to bolt the exhaust up? I have been looking everywhere.

SPD
Road Race
Columbia River
try searching for "mandrel bends," "exhaust fabrication," "header components"
the honda flanges aren't unique, you've just got to pick the right size universal flange.
specific stuff like header flanges can be found here.

thmotorsports.com has some too.
do whats said above. theres probably more out there. although a 2.5 collector flange is the most common.
or you could always just weld it straight to the pipe.

dang there kinda pricey! I think I might check with my local muffler shop first and see if they can get any before I order some.

I wouldn't trust typical muffler shop with any kind of performance oriented exhaust.
Most of them I've seen didn't care too much about using mandrel bend pipes as well as making nice looking welds..
If you can find a shop with a good tig welder, you might wanna buy following kit and have them weld it up for you..
http://www.kteller.com/shop/index.ph...=204&Itemid=71
Then again, if you are going through all these trouble, might as well buy pre-made one from one of the reuprable manufacturers. I have RS*R and it's nice and very quiet. I heard good things about APEXI WS exhaust as well..
If you wanna save money, you can get one from ebay for less than what you'd pay at the muffler shop.. Can't guarantee fitment and quality though..

when I get all my exhaust done I just buy the muffler and they mig weld the exhaust together. But I usually bring a flange but I need 3 of them right now so I can disconnect it near the back section. but they do a good job they dont have a mandrel bend machine, which I dont mind that but they do a awesome job for under 80.00 bucks for whole exhaust. to bad I couldnt run my 3 inch exhaust they did on my b16a.
