is it the pivot bolt or the tension bolt? both are metric shoulder type bolts, I doubt you'll find them anywhere, try the yard most Hondas around the same era use similar bolts, they are most likely the same
It's the bolt that goes in the middle of the tensioner. So it's the tensioner bolt. The pivot bolt is fine. I had to sand and file the bolt we have just to get it to be able to be tightened up.
Should be able to get something that would work from the local hardware store or go to somewhere like Fastenal. Sometimes you can order the bolts from bkhondaparts.com, i would look it up for you but im too lazy at the moment.
