I found a KKK K24 Turbo but don't know how to see 1) if it works 2) what engines it'll work with...

 

Turbochargers are very simple machines
1. Check for excessive shaft play both in and out and up and down. Check for oil build up anywhere. Also make sure it spins hahaha. Other then that install and pray for boost.

2. Any engine that produces exhaust gases.

That all depends on the manifold you use and how much space you have in your engine bay. If you have it probably gonna have to lose power steering and maybe A/C.
