older ls engine in newer teg? dirt track racecar
So Im buying this rolling chassis dirt track integra
The guy is currently running a GSR in it and wants to keep the engine
Ive located a B18A1 without a tranny( sure I can find one)
Im pretty sure everything will bolt right in
but Im not sure about the wiring
jumper harness?
can I use this engine with a newer trans?
any complications or any wiring issues?
Not sure if check engine lights really matter although would want 100% performance
whats to do about not having a cat and keeping the CEL off?

Integra in link is a G3, [94-up] the B18A1 is from a G2, [90-93] wiring harnesses will be different, ECU will be an OBDI - PR4, or aftermarket.
What wiring is left in the "shell"?
The engine will "drop in" and any B series transmission will bolt to it, and if you get the hydro transmission it will connect up to the G3 no problem. 94
