Swapped out engines on 1997 odyssey. New Engine ran but threw a p1362. Changed crankshaft position sensor. Now throwing a p0336. Help!

 

If your newer engine came with the distributor in it, I would suggest changing it over to your old one. The crank sensor code can come up if the distributor is unplugged and the engine cranked, or one of the pick up coils in the distributor are bad. Also look for moisture in the crank and distributor connectors.
