Troubleshooting: information regarding sensor CODE 9 from within the distributor
hi
i m a new member so i don't know if i'm in the good section to ask for my problem.
so, i have a ROVER 216 xw coupé with honda engine (1.6l 16v dohc) i have the engine check light on, i checked the ECU so i found that i have a problem with the CID sensor (9 flashes)*
can anyone help me where can i find it in the engine (position of sensor) and how can i fixed ?

Code 9 is a distributor related code... so the sensor pick-up is inside the distributor.
