Default Question

When the car is idle it goes up and down. Does that mean it's the oxygen sensor?

not necessarily. There should be a Flat head screw on the TB. It faces the passanger side toward the fire wall. Adjust that until the car idles normally then reset your ECU.

yeap, its probably the Idle Control screw on the throttle body, mines used to idle similar to yours, so I screwed it counter-clockwise to make the rpm's drop.
