Default Map voltage test ,i'm doing right?

hi, guys I'm having this issue with my car bogging and completely lean when press the gas.

I'm getting 3.54v at MAP red/green wire and D17 pin which is the same wire.

My question is: Fallowing this steps without the TEST harness ( pinout back proving) I get the same results?

I swear it says (Step 5) "if about 5 volts is not present, substitute a known good ECU and recheck" and then it says "if about 5 volts is not present, replace MAP sensor." (Step 6) "If about 3 volts is not present, replace MAP sensor. If about 3 volts are present. substitute a known good ECU. If system functions properly, replace ECU. If about 3 volts is not present, replace MAP sensor (says that twice)."

Next time put up some back story past that includes you throwing a Code 3 for the MAP sensor and how you put together your LS/VTEC setup and wound up having issues when there is a sticky that, if followed, has you putting together a fully reliable LS/V setup. Simply saying "My car bogs and goes lean when I press the gas" just doesn't provide enough information.

Thanks, for the reply. You are right about the lack of info. and vague tittle.

this car is build in 2010, never has serious problems other then a few sensors and maintenance. The car is tuned and not is daily drived.

The ECU is new from Advanceignitions in AZ. and the first they send, I return it back thinking it was bad and they changed it. So 3 ECU's and the voltage stay low.

The MAP sensor was replaced in warranty by OMNI Power.

The ECU is getting battery voltage and the grounds have continuity. And still 3.54v at ECU pin and MAP plug.

Any other info or language error please let me know.
