I don't know where to start with these anymore. Does the CEL actually work? Last tune up? Check mechanical/ignition timing? And yes, the dipstick is going to be hot sitting next to a broiling engine.
I did a tune up on it 2 weeks ago.... changed plugs, wires, cap, rotor, valve cover gasket, fuel filter.. been running great... thought my only thing left to deal with was fixing the bad bearing ISB in the tranny and do the axles..they have not been cloicking to badly and ive been driving it like a grandma..btw yeah timing is good... but this bucking in first was severe tonight... never experienced anything like it..its a 70 hp cx grabbing like a motor with a lot more hp and lsd... flutter the gas and it bucks like hell...and the white smoke from dipstick tube wtf...pcv only thing I didn't replace when I tuned..gonna do in am again any help advice welcome in advance..what the hell is this

Are you saying that your engine is overheating?
Have you checked the mechanical timing and compression tested the cylinders?
Also, disconnect the fuel injectors and check for bright white spark at all 4 spark plugs.
