Default Fresh Build wont start/idle need help lots of info inside

Hi all. Im writing for opinions on why my engine wont hold an idle.

It will crank and crank and do nothing. if you crank it and lightly press the gas pedal it will catch and run roughly until you let off the gas and it will die.

Here are the mods first of all-

Head-
JDM b18c Head
New valve seals
Supertech flat face valves
Supertech turbo valvetrain/TI retainers
Fresh Decking
GSC power divison N2 cams
Eagle cam gears
Blox velocity stack
Blox throttle body port matched to Blox I.M.

Block-
Fresh hone/bore .5 over
Nippon racing full floating pr3 high comp pistons
Manley Con Rods
OEM honda crank bearings
ACL race rod bearings
Fully balanced

Fuel -
Walbro 255lph new pump
Aem fuel rail
new oem filter
RDX 410 cc injectors

Hondata s300 with basemap from phearable.net

OK so things ive checked -

Cam/crank timing - AFAIK looks dead on. pics are attatched.

Ive checked distro timing- i had a mark painted on the distro for easy reinstall should be right were it was before.

Ive checked the map and tps plugs- they are in correct places, tps has .43 at idle and like 4.5 at WOT.

Fuel pressure is at 45 psi.

Brand new spark plugs - NGK platinum, heat range 6 gapped to .50 ish however when i pull them out after cranking it, they are covering in a black soot and smell like gas really badly. Its not oily tho cuz it rubs right off, just black soot and really bad fuel smell.

I just did valve adjust should be dead on.

No leaking coolant or oil, no milkshake colored oil.

COMPRESSION Numbers -

I know its a HIGH comp engine, and it still hasnt had the rings broken in yet, but at 20 degrees outside in the snow, they fired off 190,185,180,185 how does this seem for a never started engine in freezing weather? Enough comp where it should start right?

When cranking it over, my a/f ratio goes to like 10.5 and 11.1 i know its rich but too rich maybe?

Im at a loss here, and im starting to think i got a bad basemap. I can post it here can anyone analyze it for me and see if it looks ok? Im a mile high in denver colorado maybe the tuner didnt think of that?

I feel like i have air, gas, spark, compression and timing. Something is out of sorts though. Any ideas thanks everyone!!

I would say way to rich or lower to fuel pressure some and see if it will start. Look at your spark plugs and see if they are dry or wet. If wet with fuel then its way to rich.

Im thinking too rich as well. Ive tried messing w the pressure, from like 30 to 75 psi, it doesnt change much of anything. ive found 45 psi is the best to get it to run poorly with the gas pedal pressed.......

You have s300, why not just plug in a laptop, click parameters, and tweak the fuel trim. If you think its too rich just -10% on the fuel trim and see if it helps.

It's weird but the basemap for the b16 (both jdm and usdm) available for the s300 feels weird, pig *** rich everywhere!!

Always thought, I had the incorrect basemap. The ecu that Honda gave India for the d16y8 mini me (1.5 ltr motor), tends to keep the afr's in that 14's come what may (apart from wot), even when the o2 is conked.

But when I swapped the motor to the B and hooked up the s300 with the basemap available, I was shocked, the afr's were always around the 11-12's and the car ran like **** all through the revv range!!

For testing purpose, when I put the Honda ECU on the B16, somehow, it still managed to keep the motor afr's in that 14 range.

Always made me wonder what went wrong with the B maps? Why so rich!!
