Default first time turbo

I have a1990 accordwith an f22a1 motor stock as far as i can tell. This will be my first turbo kit. After many hours and days of searching , i have narrowed my choice down to either a gt45r twin scroll kit or a gt35r kit. I will use a steel obx exhaust manifold. The reason i went with these kits is so i can run low boost for now on my stock motor. Eventually i will redo motor with performance upgades. And i figured that the turbo would suit the direction i want to go later on.Any suggestions or info would be appreciated.

if your ganna run turbo and "eventually rebuild engine" then i say do everything at once, rebuild first and turbo, there is no sense in turboing first and rebuilding engine with performance parts, looking into the force induction forum for more info.

my advise, get a second motor and build that up. once ur done with that u can add the built motor into the car and sell the old one. that should give u enough time to break in the motor and u can source parts/kit for ur turbo build.
i would advise u on putting together a kit than buying a full kit. peicing one together lets u choose what u want over buying a kit and not really liking certain parts. also be careful with the obx mani. not speaking from experience but i heard the quality isnt that good and crack on the welds.
i also hope u have some goals what hp u tryin to get. read up on plenty of turbo info and once u think u are understanding it, read it again! lol
good luck with ur build, turbo F's are very fun to drive!!!!
