Rust would play a big role in my desicision, its not cheap to fix. $1000-1500 by the sounds of it

 

$1200 assuming the rest of the paint is good. $900 if the paint is bad.

The reason it is worth that is because of STOCK.

With no pictures to inspect, we are just guessing at this point.
