Default 96 civic swap no power

B18a1 obd1 motor swap in a 96 dx, car has been running and driving for over a month daily, no previous issues except for the speedometer bouncing and rough idle, solid mounts...

car drove for about 20 minutes until I parked it, went inside and tried to start the car, just a clicking sound, not turning over. Then power cuts out to everything including headlights except for the interior light and the key ding...

Tightened all connections on the battery terminals and tightened the grounds, still nothing. Power to the dash will randomly come on when I turn the key to accessory, but when I try to start it the car will click and then everything will shut off again... no lights on dash.... Battery was tested at 12.4v any ideas??

Could be a dead cell on the battery or a fuse issue
