Default Starting problems. Advice?

93 Civic. 1.6 L Auto

Pulled it out of my garage to remove something (from garage). Went to pull it back in, and it wouldnt turn over. Pushed it in neutral, and wont start.

What Ive done so far:
1. Thought it was the battery - had it checked 12 volts, so its good.

2. Strater - thought it was a faulty starter, bought a new one. Prior to installation I replaced battery and had my helper try to start car while I tapped on old starter. Started before I tapped on anything, HASNT STARTED SINCE, EVEN AFTER NEW STARTER INSTALLATION.

3. Now I dont hear the fuel pump doing anything. Not priming. I pulled the intake form the fuel filter and tried to start it and no fuel came out. So pump is no longer working, wondering if its a bad relay?

4. Pulled Main Relay. Opened it up and checked inside, do not see any dry joints/cracks. Ill attach a photo for your guys' expertise.

5. Ive checked fuses 18,24, and 31 (visually) and all seems well.
Dont have a digital multimeter, anything to jump to test anything with, basically anyhting for troubleshooting electrical issues.

6. Connections on battery are cleaned and non corrosive. I havent checked the ground wire to tstat yet, Ill be doing that in 5 minutes.

This is the 3rd time (but not my last) working on my car on my own. Im trying to make it a point to try and do everything on my own from now on. Tired of getting caught with my pants down by the shop.

Any help/advice is super useful atm. Need to get this bucket rolling again, I need to move on Monday and this is my commuter ;(

Thanks in advance guys

Have you checked g101? I think it's 101... The ground that is on your thermostat in the engine bay. Might want to unscrew/bolt it and make sure it's not corroded underneath it at the contact points.

I think that's one of the crucial and common ones to have issues and causes no start issues.

I'd also check the ground wires on the transmission to body and the valve cover to body. Those tend to break over time and are necessary.

There is also another no start 1.6 liter thread that I had posted many of the no start diagnostic pages for the 92-95 series.

Guys, thanks for the replies. Picked up a multimeter, a test light, and a fuel pump.
Tested fuel pump at the pump in the On II position. Pump was priming but when turning over wouldnt start. Replaced fuel pump, kicked right on. Appreciate the help guys.
