Default Removing 2nd O2 sensor WRT to limp mode

I'm trying to determine if removing the downstream O2 sensor on an OBD2 Civic will put the ECU into limp mode -- not referring to a CEL for the sensor.

This is just a temporary thing I need to do until some parts arrive for my exhaust system.

Searching is bunk as the opinions seem to be split 50/50 - some ppl. say yes, some no.

No it will not. It has zero affect on engine performance.
