So what's the secret on how to remove oil pump back plate screws?

Default So what's the secret on how to remove oil pump back plate screws?
trying to port my oil pump, trying to take the back plate off and I can't break free any of the screws....

PB blaster.

Or if the screws have "soft" heads (you will know what I mean if they are) and they round out really easy, STOP. Get a screw extractor kit and remove them and just replace them.

I believe those screws are HondaLoc'd into place from the factory. You'll need an impact screw driver.

Yep. I used an impact screwdriver just last month to have a look at it for the engine im rebuilding.

Ditto on impact screw driver, that's what I used as well.
