So what's the secret on how to remove oil pump back plate screws?
trying to port my oil pump, trying to take the back plate off and I can't break free any of the screws....

Or if the screws have "soft" heads (you will know what I mean if they are) and they round out really easy, STOP. Get a screw extractor kit and remove them and just replace them.
