Default O2 sensor

Can someone please tell me if this is a normal reading or do I have to take action?

ECL P0420, I cleared it the took a voltage reading
I have attached a screen shot for your veiwing. Thank you in advanced

2k accord V6 3.0L

ok so I dont know how to upload the jpeg here are the numbers

o2 1x2 voltage reading is .5 to .8 when accelerating
o2 2x2 voltage reading has no data <<< im questioning this one

Secondary O2 sensor should either hold a steady low voltage reading, or if the secondary combustion is not fully happening in the catalyst, the secondary O2 will follow the primary O2s voltage output.

Thank you, that kind of made sense to me. I will monitor the numbers while in cruising speed. So far so good, looks like it might have been a false/positive in the ECU

P0420 is a code that takes a bit to set if the catalyst or secondary O2 are failing. If the catalyst is outright dead the code will come back fairly quickly.
