2000 civic stalling and sporadic starting
just purchased 2000 civic, cranks great sometimes and hard to start at others. It will stall shortly after cranking sometimes. It will stall while going down the highway at times too. Just installed new plugs, wires, distributor cap and button. Also new fuel filter and cleaned throttle body and ran sea foam through it. What to do next....ignition switch, coil, ICM? Please help....also had several codes cleared out prior to the tune up stuff I did. Now I'm getting a P0420 code. Possibly the 02 sensor or catalytic converter needs changing?

drove the car to work this morning and it performed great. Came back out to it an hour later and it wouldn't start. I checked several plug wires and wasn't getting any spark. If the ignition switch inside the column is faulty would it cause this? I didn't check the coil and ICM yet, had a busy day.
