Can't get lock nut to fully tighten.
Hey everyone! My CSII suspension came in today and i'm finishing it up. When putting on the front passenger side i ran into a problem. The lock nut on the upper control arm will not go past the first couple of threads. It seems as if it's cross-threaded but i've taken off and on multiple times and it still does it. The bolt doesn't have a head on it so i can't prevent it from turning with the nut. Any suggestions? I've tried spraying it with WD-40 and it didn't work =[

Lock nut? For the ball joint?
Remove the nut. Take the ball joint stud out of the cast iron knuckle. Grab the SMOOTH part of the stud with vice grips. Turn the nut on the threads (impact wrench helps) back and forth a few times till its smooth.
