Default 1991 Accord 5 speed will not start

Throughout winter, the car was starting, just one kick and last summer, it would start but not always and today is the second day that it just clicks and won't start. I have checked the battery its very ok and now I don't know what's going on and also, I am trying to figure out how to open the door panel to access my passenger side window it won't roll up and down.

Thank you for your help.

put a multimeter to the battery and check voltage while trying to crank. have someone hold the key to (run) position voltage shouldn't drop below 11volts if it does bad battery not enough cranking amps. also try cleaning battery terminals along with the battery cable terminals.
