Default d series y8 tranny with d15b8 sensor question

greets, ok I know this must have been asked a million times but here goes..

my newly acquired 94 cx stock hatch has a bad ISB I know this for sure...how I missed it is beyond me anyway I know its a 20 buck bearing but I am currently injured and cannot swap or rr isb myself. I found a y8 recently rebuilt for a great price including all bearings seals syncs' ect..

I heard the y8 had some additional sensors is this correct? also if I just don't hook them up to my current obd1 setup will throw code? I think a y8 should bolt right up... any suggestions? I would prefer using a a z6 ex 92-95 tranny but the y8 is hard to pass up. anyway anything I need to know about this tranny swap? plan on rr the clutch if I have this done also. thanks in advance
best regards Dave
