I got b16a2 engine and the car has a sputter sometimes when pressing the gas. Always when I shift into 3 then gas it sputters.

And another problem is
When I turn my AC it try to drive it has a bogging, rpm goes way down and feels like its about to die out then picks up rpm.

Are they related or separate problems? And what do I need to do to check and or fix.

 

Is your check engine light on? possible issues could be spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, spark plug wires and/or plugs. check the "simple" stuff first!

 

do a compression test also.
