Default Bizzare issues after o2 sensor replacement

My son and I put in a new o2 sensor and window regulator yesterday. After we were done he went to drive it and 5 codes came up and he cant drive it because of the tranny codes. I had a hard time removing the plug on the front o2 sensor, but thats the only thing i touched under the car. Codes are p1298, p0135 p0141 p1753 p1768 no codes shown before we fixed it. Thinking broken or shorted wire but dont know where to look. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It,s a 2001 crv.

Universal o2 sensor? Double check your wiring and reset the ecu.

I used an OEM denso 234-4011 o2 sensor. My main concerns are the tranny codes that are making it undriveable, It worked fine and never any tranny codes before i changed o2 sensor. Are there any fuses for the solenoids on the tranny? Codes are torque converter clutch solenoid and clutch pressure control solenoid. p1753 & p1768
