How do you get the rubber gasket onto the D16Z6 valve cover bolt?

How do you get the rubber gasket onto the D16Z6 valve cover bolt?
i purchased it from honda and the rubber was separated from the bolt.. have u find the solution for this? Thanks..

Start off by oiling up the rubber. The push the damn bolt through.
