I own a 2000 civic dx with an ls converted to obd1 with a p75 ecu, it is throwing code 14. I've changed the iacv out 3 times and triple checked the wiring, I'm running out of thoughts. The idle isn't consistant and seems to become hesitant under load(ie it's missing out). have the sensor plugs switched around?

 

Did you reuse your stock DX harness? If so did you change the IACV wiring from 3 wire to 2 wire?

Do you have battery voltage at the sensor plug yel/blk wire with the key on?

 

Plugs are in the correct sensors, and I did do the 3 wire to 2 conversion, the yellow/ black wire is getting 12v key on.

 

You moved the blk/blu wire from the ecu plug B6 to B23 on the stock engine harness?

 

Tried wiring it from b6 to b23, and also ran a wire straight from the iacv plug to the ecu
