I'm looking to put a D16Y8 head and a B16A2 or Integra LS, GSR or Type R throttle body on my D16Z6. Is this going to require any specific work other than bolting it on (like a different wiring harness, different ecu, stuff like that). I know the Y8 head is going to need 5000Th's milled off but I have no idea what other type of work it will need done.
