gsr throttle body will work fine. itr throttle body i believe will have to be gasket matched to the z6 intake.
as for the ls throttle body, do you have that on the z6 now? im not sure what your asking here

well what will be better on an all motor d16a6 with d16z6 head, an ls or gsr throttel body, ? and i have the d16z6 intake manifold ported and polished and the throttel body sidepolished out, so question which throttel body from which car works best ?

The gains from swapping the TB will be minimal/zero on an otherwise stock D16Z6. Trust me if the TB needed to have been bigger Honda would have made it that way. Unless you've got a honed out IM, bigger cam, and head work leave the TB alone.

excuse me sir.... but honda also factory tuned these things for fuel economy aswell as power...i would think letting more air in on a computer controlled electronic fuel injection system would tend to consume a little more fuel than usual the more air you let in... ive heard from several peopleincluding many i know that have done this swap and had great success....HOWEVER... i can only say this based on the y8 manny and NOT the z6... i would imagine the op can swap the mannis and swap the tegs tb and have a decent power to dollar gain....
