WTF, car is dying, throwing codes, all out not good things happening...
I don't know WTF exactly is going on, or why; but here are the symptoms.
Ever since I have had the car, I have had a small miss. I have changed everything (plugs, cap/rotor, added msd 6a, changed injectors to 450's, fuel filter, everything). Today, it got worse... I also have 4 bad motor mounts, which isn't helping the situation, but they don't seem to be my problem right now.
Going at partial throttle, my car feels like it's bucking itself to death. I can feel the engine jumping forward/back every second or so. I go WOT, and it's fine. Coming off full boost and slowing down to a stop sign, the car just died. Battery light popped on, and it went dead. Pulled around the corner, gave her a few cranks, and she started right up. Idle is going wacko, from 800 to 200, almost dying again, then jumping back up to 900 and staying smooth.
ECU code 20 (Electonic Load) in full effect.. The only things on: Headlights, guage lights, and radio. I do not have any extra electronics whatsoever ( I have my tach, 3 guages, my SMC, and my radio); but I'm still getting this code.
WTF. Would electric load indicate maybe a bad ground also? Or too much load on the entire system, and where the hell is this jerking coming from?

******* question:
Are you using the correct type of injectors? RC high impedance? If not, that might be your problem, unless you have a resistor box.
or...
It sounds like your voltage control isn't working. I forget what it's called, but it's under the fusebox, and there is a check for it in helms. Sorry I can't be much more help.

<--Using DSM 450cc injectors, w/ SMC on an EF (EF comes w/ resistor box from factory, so I didn't have to put one in).

Sounds like the alternator. Mine just went in my daily driver (Saturn, I know I know, shut up). Did the same thing.
