Default Car died on the freeway no spark

So I was driving down the freeway the other night car was all normal and then the rpm started to jump around and was backfiring and when I took it out of gear it died out. Didn't want to start at first and then I got it to start up a few times but right when I went to drive it just died out again. So finally I called a tow truck got it home checked and no spark so right away I thought the distributor was bad well... I was wrong I put a new distributor on and that didn't solve my problem still no spark . Then I started doing the normal checkup to see why it wouldn't start I have fuel, timming is on checked all my grounds and made sure I had a good connection also added a few just in case , tried a new ecu and a diffrent jumper harness to see if it wasn't sending out the signal also I checked all the fuses and checked the black and yellow power wire to the distributor it gets power also tried a new ignition switch and made sure the distributor I got was good and tried a friends off his car that he drive to my house on and left with.

The weird thing is that sometimes the car will start and it will idle perfect and when it's running I check for spark and it had good spark only while it's running and when I go to drive it it will have no power and will die out I can't make it down the street but it will idle fine doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me but it doesn't start more than it runs hopefully can get a new outlook on the car any ideas? Car is a 99 civic lx with a gsr motor I might be missing out things that I've tried but I'm willing to try anything at this point it's my only car. Please help

From what I was looking up the green/yellow wire is the icm wire but maybe I'm wrong 2000 si engine harness and I don't remember what year the swap was maybe 98. I'm taking the car to a shop on Monday cause I've tried like everything so maybe they're is wiring problem and they can fix it I'm not too good with wiring

Did you mean yellow/green, [ICM ign. input signal]?

Or do you mean the green/yellow, [fuel pump relay control, ground from ECU/ECM]? 94
