jdm b16a vtec - is the p28 the best ecu for this engine?

i have a 94 honda civic with a swapp to a jdm b16a dohc vtec and i have a p28 ecu is that the best ecu for my car/motor or should i got with another one

P30 is the correct ecu.

well I assumed it was chipped in which case either or....
