Default PCV Grommet Fell in

The grommet was destroyed and tried to get it out and it was coming apart in pieces and fell in. These grommets arnt in the valve cover like other cars should I worry about it or just put a new gasket for it? Also where does that area go to? Its on the back of the engine under the intake and below the head.

You should be fine. It's on the breather box and there is another grommet gasket on the the other side to the block so it won't get into your crank case. Just get another grommet and plug in your new PCV. If you are worried about it you could unbolt the breather box and try to fish the broken one out. Not something I feel would be all that entertaining myself.

Where does that box go? Is it just somewhere for the gases to go and doesnt lead to any important parts?

Pretty much, just get the new grommet and don't sweat it.
