Default HELP! Cylinder misfire 1,2,3,4 cylinders

k I bought this car with the issue the guy couldn't pass emissions. I figured he couldn't pass emissions because of the misfire= unburned fuel. Anyways scanned the codes and it's coming up with misfire in all cylinders and o2 sensor. The car runs but misfires pretty bad especially at low rpms. I was looking around and someone else had the issue the same and it was the timing belt a tooth off. Well I checked the timing belt and it's fine. The plugs, wires, cap and rotor, o2 senors and cat have all been changed out. Anyone have any ideas I'm trying not to replace everything on the damn car lol.

No I didn't change all that stuff the previous owner did. Question I don't have my meter here at the house. Will a coil from a td43u work in that dizzy ?

MM&Y of car would help.

Tossing parts at a problem is an expensive way to troubleshoot that problem.

I will say it again tonight, have you checked/redone your main grounds, costs nothing and even if it is not your problem, it can't hurt.
Did I mention it cost nothing?

When was the fuel filter last replaced?
If you do not know, it's way past due.

Speaking of fuel, what is fuel pressure?

Is the problem spark related?
Have you checked what the spark is like, [use only an HEI spark tester to check spark?

Have you pulled the spark plugs and checked the color, color/condition of plugs right after driving the car can help point you in a direction. 94

Did I mention it cost nothing?I changed out the grounds today and added 2 4g grounds one on main and one to engine block didn't help

When was the fuel filter last replaced?changed last month

Have you pulled the spark plugs and checked the color, color/condition of plugs right after driving the car can help point you in a direction. spark plugs looked normal pulled them out and checked them also 94
On another note today I swapped out the ecu with buddies didn't help. I did notice today a couple of times when sitting at a traffic light it did smooth out for a few seconds at idle then went back to rough idle/misfire I'm clueless

But this time what is pressure with vac hose on and with vac hose off? 94

Does the miss go away at higher RPM's or does it follow it?
